Alex was born and raised in San Jose and is very proud to call Silicon Valley her home. She grew up in a Real Estate household: her mom was a Realtor, and Alex was out helping her mom show homes even before the internet was around. She has been actively working full time in the industry since she became a Real Estate Broker in 2017.

 

Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Real Estate, including negotiating deals, preparing contracts and documents, creating marketing materials, overseeing multiple and simultaneous remodeling projects from start to finish and even acting as a leasing consultant or property manager.

 

For both buyers and sellers, Alex provides practical insight for home improvements. When working with buyers, she helps clients visualize how they can make minor enhancements to a property to transform it into their dream home. When working with sellers, she has a passion for finding creative ways to prepare and present homes to maximize interest AND profits.

 

Alex received a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University with a major in Business Marketing and minor in Communications. She is consistently working to become the best version of herself, and is always learning and finding new ways to help her clients achieve their dreams.

 

When she’s not doing Real Estate, she spends time with her husband Emmanuel and their two kids, Chloe and Caleb. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new adventures together.
